For my own interview I decided to interview Officer Jose Plasencia, corporal of San Bernardino community college region police division. After selecting corporal Plasencia, I found that he decided to go with law enforcement like a career because of the lost avoidance services that he was involved while he worked for Stater Bros. Corporal Plasencia stated, that he wants helping his community and apprehending the individuals that do unlawful things to other people. While being involved in the misplaced prevention occasions he was participating college, that's exactly what graduated with an associate's degree in criminal justice. Upon graduating corporal Plasencia went into the academy then later applied at San Bernardino community college section police section. I then asked corporal Plasencia what his impressions in which about retaliation from suspects whom this individual has caught and later encountered in public. Police officer Plasencia explained it is something which is obviously in the back of your mind however it is certainly not something you focus on as it will not permit you to do your job affectively. You should only worry about the court process taking its place and you taking extra precaution to ensure your safety but not worry about retaliation because you are doing the right factor. I then asked corporal Plasencia is it this important to include good character and values in law enforcement officials. He responded yes, values and persona are important in the field of law enforcement they go hand in hand. This individual said clearly when you come across someone you previously caught those incurs are not often pleasant however you have to the ethical factor which is to react with great character and never let them reach you and preceded with care. Reason staying is because you are suppose be those people to set a good example and the person to uphold legislation and those whom up support the law should be able to look above all items that could impact them to respond poorly....
